Ask directlyi. the work
Five things, all software-adjacent: web and software development, fractional technical leadership, technical audits, meeting and decision cadence, and AI advisory under the LogicOfLogic brand.
Domain investing runs separately under its own brand, DnBlackbook.
Rami Steitiyeh — the operator. Not a junior, not an account manager, not a delegate. Senior decisions stay with the senior person, every time.
Most engagements run six months and up, and some run multi-year. Technical audits are the exception: a two-to-six-week engagement depending on scope.
No landing pages, no template reskins, and no projects whose timeline insists everything ships in three weeks. Those are real markets — they are just other people’s markets.
That is exactly what the first conversation is for. Sometimes what looks like a software build is really an audit; sometimes what looks like an audit is really a cadence problem.
ii. money and terms
Trilot does not publish rate cards. Engagements are scoped and quoted after the first conversation, because the honest number depends on the shape of the work rather than a menu.
The first 30-minute consultation is free, with no pitch and no follow-up unless you ask for one.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Bitcoin and Payoneer.
Yes — and most of what Trilot ships already sits behind one. Client work stays in the room it was built for.
iii. how it runs
Engagements run in English by default and in Arabic when the client prefers it. Documents in either.
Two offices: Amman, Jordan — where the day starts and most calls and writing happen — and Sheridan, Wyoming, which is the registered home of Trilot LLC. Most calendars overlap with both US and Gulf working hours without contortion.
Written down from week one: decision logs, architecture choices and vendor evaluations, dated and archived. Anyone joining six months in can read the history before their first standup. Documentation is not a deliverable at the end; it is a working artefact from the start.
The work survives it. Weekly rhythm, async-first, calendar discipline. Heroic catch-up sprints are a symptom of a planning failure further back.
Three ways in, all landing in the same inbox: book a free 30-minute consultation, send a project brief, or message on WhatsApp. Replies within 48 hours, often sooner.
Still deciding? Talk it through.
Free 30-minute consultation. No pitch deck, no sales pipeline — just a conversation about what the team is shipping and where the friction is.
